Now I enjoying visiting Florida as much as the next person, but all the storms they have been having don’t help their case. I just got back from Miami and building down in Florida is through the roof. Their prices are souring again and that’s a positive for them. Florida is a much farther journey. Also Myrtle Beach is so sweet and southern. We definitely have the southern hospitality down and the weather here pretty much year round is amazing. Schools are a very important factor to many buyers and their families. My clients like to know which neighborhoods are closest to the Myrtle Beach Schools. Plantation Point and  Plantation Heights are  two of the closest neighborhoods to the Myrtle Beach Public Schools. They are both walking distance. These two neighborhoods are ones of convenience. You could live in either neighborhood and easily walk to grocery stores, restaurants, banks, shopping and entertainment. They are both located a very short distance to the beach as well. Plantation Point has a variety of everything from patio homes, town homes to million dollar homes on the waterway.
