With the holiday season in motion, it’s time to tear yourself away from the holiday movies and grab your friends and family and enjoy all the holidays have to offer. From November until the end of December, join thousands of others as they get in the holiday spirit all over the Myrtle Beach area!
November 4: Island River Music Fest
Location: La Belle Amie Vineyard
Calling all wine lovers! If you enjoy sipping great wine and enjoying live entertainment, stop by La Belle Amie Vineyard on November 4th for Island River Music Fest. While you’re enjoying your glass of wine, the kids can enjoy the children’s entertainment provided. Admission is $8 per adult but if you donate 2 canned or dry food items for the food bank, you can receive a $3 discount. Island River Music Fest will take place from noon until 5 pm.
November 4: Holiday Bazaar
Location: Howard Avenue in the Market Common
Get a jump start on your holiday cheer at the Holiday Bazaar in the Market Common! Starting every Saturday from November 4th until December 16th, you can embrace your holiday spirit with seasonal craft vendors, live greens, and fresh foods! The festivities will take place from 12 pm until 4 pm on Howard Avenue.
November 4: Holiday Arts and Crafts Bazaar
Location: Barefoot Resort and Golf Course, North Myrtle Beach
If you can’t make it to the Market Common Holiday Bazaar, no need to worry. Barefoot Resort and Golf Course in North Myrtle Beach will be holding their own Holiday Arts and Crafts Bazaar on November 4th from 10 am to 3 pm. Get in the holiday spirit with homemade crafts, holiday gifts, baked goods and more. If you’re feeling extra lucky this holiday season, take a chance on the 50/50 cash drawing and the drawing for specialty items.
November 11-12: Art in the Park
Location: Valor Park in the Market Common
Channel your inner Picasso and stop by Art in the Park on November 11th and 12th from 10 am to 4 pm! Artists from all over the country will be featuring their works in different mediums. This year’s event will feature over 60 artists and include works such as woodworking, painting, photography, pottery, and more! Let your inner art critique out and stop by Valor Park in the Market Common for Art in the Park!
November 18: Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony
Location: Grand 14 Plaza at the Market Common
It’s never too soon to get in the Christmas spirit! Whether you’ve been naughty or nice this year, you can attend the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony on November 18 at the Grand 14 Plaza from 6 pm to 8 pm. Children can enjoy a trackless train, inflatables, balloon artist, and face painting. If the holiday music isn’t enough to get in the Christmas spirit, a special appearance from Santa should do the trick!
November 18: Wine Stock
Location: La Belle Amie Vineyard
If you didn’t get your fill of wine earlier this month, no need to fear. La Belle Amie’s Wine Stock will be taking place on November 18th from noon until 5 pm. Pair your wine with delicious food and enjoy it all as you listen to live music. Admission is $8, but by donating 2 canned or dry food items, you can receive a discount of $3.
November 23: Myrtle Beach Turkey Trot
Location: Valor Park in the Market Common
Lace up your running shoes and build up your appetite for Thanksgiving at the Myrtle Beach Turkey Trot on November 23! This 5K will start at Valor Park and will wind through the rest of the Market Common area as well as former Historic Air Force Base. The official charity of the Turkey Trot is the Myrtle Beach Humane Society, so while you’re getting a head start on burning off those Thanksgiving calories, you can help support a great cause!
November 25: Merry MarshWalk Christmas
Location: Murrells Inlet MarshWalk
Santa will be checking his list twice to make sure you’ve stopped by the MarshWalk for Merry MarshWalk Christmas! The first three consecutive Saturdays following Thanksgiving, starting on November 25, will be filled with extra holiday cheer as the MarshWalk boardwalk fills up with local businesses and artists. You can take place in this unique shopping experience from 10 am until 5 pm.
Various dates from November 30-December 17: Nights of a Thousand Candles
Location: Brookgreen Gardens
Nothing screams holiday cheer quite like cider and sparkling lights. The Brookgreen Gardens will be transformed under the glow of more than 5,500 hand lit candles and sparkling lights during the Nights of a Thousand Candles. The holiday season will kick off with the ceremonial lighting of the 85-foot-tall fir tree every night at 5:45 pm. The Nights of a Thousand Candles takes place on November 30, December 1-2, December 7-9, and December 14-17 from 3 pm until 10 pm.
December 23 & 30: Yuletide Music and Bonfire and New Year Bonfire

It’s never too late to get in the holiday spirit! On December 23rd, bring your holiday A-game to La Belle Amie’s Yuletide Music and Bonfire. Celebrate the holiday season with family and friends while you enjoy festive music. One week later on December 30th, you can join La Belle Amie as they say goodbye to 2017 and celebrate 2018 with a New Year Bonfire.
