Being that we are locals ,we are always looking for great new spots that pop up. 8th Avenue Tiki Bar and Cafe is a great spot for lunch directly on the oceanfront. You can smell the ocean, hear the waves and it really doesn’t get much closer to eating on the ocean than this. The food is awesome. They have some of the best hummus I have ever tried. Everything is fresh and cooked to order. The shrimp skewers are amazing as well. They have a variety of burgers, salads, pizzas, skewers, appetizers and so much more. I love that I can go there and eat awesome food that is healthy as well. If you have not been you need to go try it. Have a beverage, some great food and enjoy what Myrtle Beach is all about… THAT VIEW!
