Born and raised in Myrtle Beach, Billy Howard graduated from Myrtle Beach High School and has a double major in finance and management from The Darla Moore School of business with a minor in hotel restaurant and tourism management from The University of South Carolina.  Howard’s knowledge in commercial and residential real estate has developed over the years while working closely with his family’s businesses in hospitality and tourism along the beautiful Grand Strand.  As a husband and father of three, Howard has an attention for detail and the integrity necessary to work with you and your family in finding your next investment property or place to call home.  Howard is available and willing to dedicate his time and ability to understanding your practical needs and heart’s desires.
