Myrtle Beach is great every day, but it’s just that much more fun on the weekends. Check out our list of ideas for the perfect way to spend yours.
Breakfast at Mammy’s Kitchen– Bring your appetite to Mammy’s. The kitchen offers a full breakfast menu to order from, but the buffet is the way to go. Serving all the breakfast classics from bacon and scrambled eggs to pancakes and french toast slices, you’re sure to get stuffed. The buffet is served Saturdays and Sundays from 7 AM to 12 PM.
The SkyWheel- See all of Myrtle Beach from one of the best (and certainly one of the highest) seats in town! Located right on the Boardwalk, the 187 foot tall Ferris wheel gives you a breathtaking view of the ocean, the Boulevard, and the Myrtle Beach skyline. Check it out during a bright and sunny day or wait until the evening, when the Wheel is lit up! Either time you, go be sure and pack your camera for this picture-worthy ride.
The Market Common- Whatever you like to do on your weekends, you can do it at The Market Common. Shop your way up and down Deville street, dine at any of the fabulous restaurants, relax and read at Barnes and Noble or a catch a movie at Grand 14 Cinema.
Broadway at the Beach- So you’ve had an awesome day, but now you’re ready to take on the night. Head to Broadway at the Beach where you can have dinner, grab drinks, and go dancing if you want. Looking for a more adventurous evening? See the sharks at Ripley’s Aquarium, or try your hand at the ropes course and brain teaser at Wonder Works.
