Easter weekend is like our kickoff to the season. The beach is packed, the flowers are in bloom and everything is green and beautiful! We look forward to the beginning of all the tourists that come to the beach for their annual vacations. If you are visiting during Easter weekend and are looking for a church to visit on Sunday we have a variety to choose from. First Presbyterian Church , Christ United Methodist and Ocean View Baptist are a few of my favorites. First Presbyterian and Ocean View Baptist are more traditional services and attire. Christ United Methodist is a casual atmosphere with a contemporary service. There are also a few Sunrise services in Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet. All are great and would love to have you visit. A tradition in my family has always been church then a big lunch. If cooking is not on your list of things you want to do on vacation don’t worry we have lots of places to choose from. Easter fills up fast so I recommend making reservations somewhere in advance. A few of my favorites are The Sea Captains House, Carolina Roadhouse, Croissants, Magnolias and Chestnut Hill.
